You’ve probably heard of the importance of keeping a coaching log, but do you really keep one? Accurately record all of your work sets’ reps and poundages. As the weeks blow over, you should see tiny however gradual improvements in weight lifted (however in consistently correct exercise technique).. Follow a program of about a dozen stretches 2 times per week. Stretching won’t build you larger, but it can facilitate keep you resistant to injury provided you are doing it properly.
